At 32 South High Street in historic downtown Dublin, Uncorked Wine Tastings is the result of a careful restoration of an 1830s building. Every detail was thoughtfully preserved, from exposed rafters to original stone walls, while reclaimed wood was repurposed into custom furnishings that add warmth and character. The space blends modern touches, like self-dispensing wine machines, with the timeless charm of the building’s heritage, creating a one-of-a-kind setting to enjoy wine in the heart of the city.
