We’ll be pouring 6 bubbly wines ranging from crisp and refreshing to bright and celebratory, perfect for kicking off the holiday weekend in style.
Inspired by fireworks, golden hour skies, and warm summer nights, this tasting will feature everything bubbles- sparkling whites, rosé fizz, and festive pours selected to shine all evening long. Guests will enjoy guided tasting notes, light bites, and a relaxed atmosphere designed for sipping, socializing, and celebrating the sparkle of summer.

During the event, 10% of all sales from 1–3 PM will be donated directly to Canine Collective to support their mission of rescuing and caring for dogs in need.

Guests will also have the opportunity to sponsor one of Canine Collective’s long-term “orphan” dogs—special pups who have been waiting longer than most for their forever homes. Learn their stories, meet adoptable dogs (when available), and make a meaningful impact while enjoying a great afternoon out.

At 32 South High Street in historic downtown Dublin, Uncorked Wine Tastings is the result of a careful restoration of an 1830s building. Every detail was thoughtfully preserved, from exposed rafters to original stone walls, while reclaimed wood was repurposed into custom furnishings that add warmth and character.
